Payment methods, invoices, and billing cycle information
All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept the following:

You receive an email receipt for every payment. All past invoices are available in your billing settings and include your billing address, payment amount, plan details, and applicable taxes.
Your subscription renews automatically at the start of each billing period. You can choose between monthly or yearly billing:
Monthly
Charged on the same date each month. Cancel or change anytime.
Yearly (save ~17%)
Charged once per year. Best value for long-term subscribers.
If a payment fails, here is what happens:
Immediate notification — You will receive an email alerting you that your payment could not be processed.
7-day grace period — You keep full access to your plan while we automatically retry the payment.
Auto-retry — We will attempt to charge your card again during the grace period. Update your payment method to resolve the issue.
Downgrade — If payment still fails after 7 days, your account will be downgraded to the FREE tier. Your data is preserved.
