All contracts include escrow protection. Your Protection Level is automatically assigned based on the contract amount. The client pays only the contract amount into escrow. The freelancer receives milestone amount − platform fee at payout. No deposits, no extra charges.

Mediation Fee: A flat $10 fee is charged to both parties when a dispute is opened. The winner may be refunded at the platform's discretion. The loser forfeits the fee and receives a strike. No dispute = no extra charges.

How it works: Client pays the contract amount into escrow (nothing extra). Freelancer receives milestone amount minus the platform fee at payout. Protection Level is auto-assigned based on contract value and determines dispute SLA, max contract value, and features (NDA, IP, insurance) — not cost.

Escrow Protection

All payments are held securely in escrow until milestones are completed and approved. Both parties are protected with our dispute resolution system.
